I am popping up from Plymouth with a couple of mates, so if any one on the forum is going it would be nice to meet up for a chat. We could wear hats, flowers or carry copies of "HOW" to recognize each other.

It seems to have taken over from the old Battle Report or Batrep. I think it might be a recently adopted Americanism.
