We refought the Battle of Rocoux last week, using my mate Paul's extensive 15mm collection. Paul organised the scenario and provided the troops as well as the terrain, all of which was scratch built. I'm not able to post any pictures here at the moment but if you go to my blog you find lots of photos and a full report of the battle.
It's very interesting that your game run so historically.
I'm thinking a lot about the aspects of historical correct scenario and joy for the players. I think that we will play the battle very often when I will have enough of troops. It will be most interesting to learn if the allies have a real chance to win the battle although the austrians are rated dithering or have to move late in the game.
Thanks. For the Austrians we just said that they had to maintain an uninterrupted line of communication with their lines of communication which were off to their right. It worked well. If the Dutch had held on a little longer then the game may have swung in the Allied favour but it was unlikely I guess.
